to aid in my recent passion for running [aka jogging at

inconsistent speeds and occasionally injuring myself], i decided

to whip up a delicious strawberry-banana smoothie: 3

strawberries, one banana, 1/2 cup almond milk, & 3 ice cubes,

blended to perfection.  

the speed at which i consumed said smoothie is accurately

represented by the speed of the above gif, which further

demonstrates my innate lack of pacing-abilities.  other than

that, i’m flawless. 😉
