oh boy do i love my friends, and yes i am qualifying that puggle
puppy [that i may or may have not attempted to steal] as a
friend.  i almost got away with it, i swear.

to somewhat organize the haphazardness pictured above, i'll write
a brief lengthy narration:

on saturday jessica, eli, bert and i went to smorgasburg to
enjoy some of the best eats brooklyn has to offer.  bert,
our unofficial tour guide, then guided us to northern territory
so we could rest our feet while enjoying some incredible views +
good weather.  then, of course, because this city gets smaller
and smaller every day, i ran into elivia and becky of markt brooklyn!
we unintentionally ended up having a mini business meeting
[since i'm never not working], but it's all creative and fun
and exciting, and that does not count as work in my book!  more
on our collaboration later.  in the meantime, check out
their instagram-based shop.  they're killin it over there!

on friday night, i went out with kelsie, noah, josh, alex,
and carl to fat baby where we danced our asses off and
essentially fucked around for a few hours.  it was wild and crazy
and fun, even for a sober person.  another brilliant project was
birthed from that dance sesh, but more on that collaboration
later.  [by the way, my outfit from that night will be
photographed properly at a later date, because those two denim
pieces are my official favorites at the moment, and they deserve
all of the internet attention.  because denim has feelings
too...]

on jessica and eli's final day in nyc, i took them to soho to
show off my new office location [and the neighboring mondrian
hotel].  we also hit up china town so j could get her hands on
some "tory burch" earrings, because what's a trip to nyc without
some good, quality [well... that's arguable] knockoffs?

although all of this running around gave me a respiratory
infection, i am still elated with how wonderful jessica's visit
was.  she will always be my unofficial sister.

part III: fotos is coming up next [as if you haven't seen enough
fotos already...].
